Shipping policy

SHIPPING - GYPSY SILVER
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days using plastic free packaging via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been posted - if you don’t receive it please check your junk folder before getting in touch.

Shipping Rates:
UK: £4.50 Royal Mail Tracked 24
Europe: £11 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
USA & Rest of World: £15 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

One flat rate applies per order regardless of how many pieces you purchase.

Shipping Overages
If you place multiple orders in the same drop, excess shipping will be refunded the day after the sale, before we post all purchases items together in one parcel.

US Customers - Import Duties
Import duties of approximately 10% are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there are no surprise fees on delivery — what you pay at checkout is the full amount due.

All Other International Customers
Import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking
All orders are sent with full tracking. If your tracking number doesn’t arrive please check your junk folder. If it’s still not there please contact us directly at cat@gypsysilver.store
